As the landscape of DEI continues to evolve, so too do the sentiments and meaning it holds for both people and businesses. It’s time to address other aspects of DEI and look just beyond diversity - Think about accessibility, belonging, physical and learning disabilities.

How can we expand these important themes into education and create environments where everyone feels valued and included?

In response to this need, we are partnering with a Neurodiversity expert based in Virginia to develop a comprehensive “Neurodiversity in the Workplace Program”. This curriculum will:

• Help raise awareness about Neurodiversity in the workplace.
• Equip employers with the tools & strategies to promote inclusion.
• Support acceptance of Neurodiverse individuals in different settings.

This partnership represents our commitment of creating a more inclusive future and normalize conversations around Neurodiversity as a subject.

With the expert’s knowledge and lived experience, we are developing content that is authentic, insightful and designed to drive real change.
