The American Diversity Initiative is pleased to announce a new certification program for HR managers. EDI Hiring Practices - Level One Certification is an introductory certification that provides foundational knowledge for improving your skills as an HR Manager.

The certification program has three introductory training programs that provide foundational knowledge on Equity, Diversity, and inclusion. The fourth program, How To Reduce Unconscious Bias In Your Hiring Practices, is designed to assist HR professionals, business leaders, managers, and others with hiring responsibilities. The program explores practical ways to increase workplace diversity by reducing unconscious bias at each stage of the hiring process.
