These Terms govern your access to and use of campus.americandiversityinitiative.com, all associated websites, online learning platforms, training portals, certification programs, webinars, workshops, digital resources, downloadable materials, and services offered by ADI (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, purchasing a course, registering for a training program, downloading materials, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. WHO WE ARE
American Diversity Initiative is a professional training and education organization providing diversity, equity, inclusion, leadership, workplace culture, professional development, certification, and organizational learning programs to individuals and organizations globally.
2. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY
All content, courses, webinars, workshops, certifications, resources, and materials provided by ADI are intended solely for educational and informational purposes.
ADI does not provide legal, accounting, tax, employment law, mental health, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
Users are responsible for obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.
3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Participation in ADI training programs does not guarantee:
• Employment
• Promotions
• Salary increases
• Professional licensing
• Academic credit
• Organizational outcomes
• Regulatory compliance
• Business performance improvements
Results vary based on individual circumstances and factors beyond ADI’s control.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
Certain Services may require account registration.
You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
• Notify us of unauthorized account use
• Accept responsibility for activities occurring under your account
Accounts may not be shared, transferred, sold, or assigned.
5. ONLINE COURSE ACCESS
Course access is licensed solely to the individual purchaser unless otherwise specified.

• Copy or redistribute course content
• Record course content without written permission
• Resell course access
ADI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. CERTIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATES
Certificates or certifications may be awarded upon successful completion of designated requirements.
ADI reserves the right to:
• Verify participation
• Require completion standards
• Revoke certifications obtained through fraud, plagiarism, cheating, or misrepresentation
Certificates represent completion of ADI requirements only and do not constitute professional licensure or government accreditation unless expressly stated.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content is owned by ADI or its licensors, including:
• Training materials
• Courses
• Videos
• Presentations
• Workbooks
• Assessments
• Graphics
• Downloads
• Certification materials
• Website content
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, licensed, published, or used commercially without prior written permission.
8. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
• Violate laws or regulations
• Harass or abuse other users
• Upload malicious software
• Interfere with system security
• Impersonate another person
• Post unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory content
ADI may remove content and terminate access without notice.
9. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By using our Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from ADI, including notices, disclosures, invoices, receipts, and policy updates.
10. PRIVACY
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
ADI may use third-party learning management systems, webinar platforms, payment processors, and related services.
ADI is not responsible for third-party content, functionality, security, privacy practices, or service interruptions.
The inclusion of any third-party website, service, platform, resource, or link does not constitute endorsement, sponsorship, approval, or affiliation by ADI.
12. Artificial Intelligence ("AI")
ADI may use artificial intelligence ("AI") and automated technologies to support certain aspects of its operations, learner support, translation, accessibility features, administrative processes, research, assessments, communications, and training services.
AI tools may assist in generating, summarizing, translating, personalizing, or organizing content; however, AI-generated or AI-assisted content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, bias, or unintended errors.
ADI makes reasonable efforts to review and monitor AI-assisted outputs where appropriate, but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
Users remain responsible for independently evaluating information provided through AI-assisted tools, resources, chat features, assessments, recommendations, or educational materials before relying upon or implementing such information.
ADI does not make decisions on behalf of learners, employers, organizations, or other users through automated means alone. Any educational recommendations, assessments, learning suggestions, or AI-assisted outputs are intended solely to support learning and informational purposes and should not be interpreted as professional advice, legal advice, employment decisions, compliance determinations, or other regulated professional judgments.
By using ADI's Services, you acknowledge that certain features or content may involve AI-assisted technologies. Users remain responsible for independently evaluating information generated through such technologies before relying upon it.
13. ACCESSIBILITY
ADI strives to provide accessible digital experiences. Individuals requiring accommodations should contact us so reasonable accommodations may be considered where feasible.
14. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Online Courses
Courses are eligible for refund within fifteen (15) days of purchase provided the course has not been accessed.
A course is deemed accessed when:
• A learner account has been activated;
• Login credentials have been created;
• Course content has been viewed; or
• Learning activity has commenced.
Duplicate Purchases
If the same course is accidentally purchased multiple times, duplicate payments may be refunded upon verification.
Corporate Training and Custom Programs
Fees for custom training services are generally non-refundable once preparation or delivery has commenced.

15. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
ADI does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any website, platform, course, webinar, or service.
Content may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
16. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT UPDATES
ADI reserves the right to modify, update, replace, revise, suspend, or discontinue courses, certifications, training materials, educational resources, instructors, learning pathways, assessments, and related content at any time without prior notice.
Such changes may be made to reflect updates in laws, regulations, industry standards, technology, best practices, accreditation requirements, organizational needs, educational objectives, or business operations.
ADI does not guarantee that any specific course, certification, training program, instructor, educational resource, or content offering will remain available indefinitely.
17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and availability.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or exemplary damages arising from use of the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, ADI’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
19. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADI, its officers, employees, instructors, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
• Your breach of these Terms;
• Your misuse of the Services;
• Your violation of applicable laws; or
• Your infringement of third-party rights.
20. INTERNATIONAL USERS
ADI provides services globally.
Users accessing Services outside the United States are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable in their jurisdictions. Access to certain Services may not be lawful in all locations, and ADI makes no representation that its Services are appropriate or available for use in every jurisdiction.
21. FORCE MAJEURE
ADI shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyber incidents, governmental actions, labor disputes, pandemics, or technology failures.
22. CHANGES TO TERMS
ADI may revise these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms become effective upon posting. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
23. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
24. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Refund Policy, and any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and ADI regarding use of the Services.
