Meet Our Expert Team

Evelyn Parker

Evelyn Parker is a Global DEI Leader, and a certified DE&I practitioner with over 22 years of experience in human resources, learning and development, talent management, executive coaching, change management, project management, and business operations.

A master’s degree in organizational leadership and development, a Certified Diversity Practitioner (CDP), a Certified associate in project management (CAPM), and a Certified BRIM (Bias Reduction in Internal Medicine) Trainer. She will also be completing her Doctorate in Educational leadership in 2025.

Her mission is to ensure an inclusive workplace for all employees by developing DE&I strategies as a core discipline.

A keynote speaker, TOP 100 DEI Professional Leader award winner, a 2023 Athena International Award Finalist, 2023 Women of Excellence Honoree, 2023 Colors of Success DEI leadership finalist, and 2023 Forty under 40 Honoree.




Emily Nybo

Emily Nybo is an experienced DEI leader, human capital strategist, facilitator, and leadership coach.

She has led global inclusion programming with AWS, worked on national award winning DEI initiatives with Southern Company (Diversity Inc's Top 20, Diversity Impact Award by Talent Dimensions-Top 5), and spearheaded multiple transformational culture change for numerous Fortune 500 clients.

She brings a strategic approach and unique expertise to every engagement, empowering leaders to navigate culture challenges and implement impactful solutions.

Emily holds a certification in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University. She is also a certified Effective Facilitator through Leadership Strategies and an accredited Agile Coach (ICC-ACP). Emily has expertise in various leadership development methodologies, including DDI, Gallup StrengthsFinders, Lominger and DiSC.




Chiany Dri

Chiany Dri is the Founder of The Inclusion School and a seasoned expert in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

With over a decade of experience in community-centered equity work and anti-racism education, Chiany has led transformative initiatives at various large organizations and contributed to NASA's Astrophysics Division as a selected IDEA Practitioner.

A co-founder of Juneteenth Santa Barbara and author of The Little Guide to Anti Racism (2020), Chiany is dedicated to fostering collective healing and empowerment through culturally responsive and trauma-informed practices in DEI.




Gabrielle Brown

Gabrielle Brown is currently the Managing Partner & Vice President of Operations at Vanguarde Search. Prior to this, Gabrielle served as Director of Recruiting Operations at a global sports and entertainment recruitment firm, where she pioneered an innovative curriculum that resulted in 70% of the diverse placements.

Her background includes collegiate athletics, and she has worked for UNC Chapel Hill and the University of Tennessee in recruitment and player development.

Passionate about inclusion, Gabrielle is dedicated to building a culture that values diversity in ethnicity, gender, and socio-economic backgrounds. She has implemented initiatives around unconscious bias, privilege, and allyship in the workplace.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Science in Human Resources and Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.




Eral Burks

Eral is the Founder & President Minority Executive Search Co-Founder & Partner Minority Executive Search International .

Eral is committed to fostering diversity in the workplace. His forward-thinking philosophy has been published in renowned publications such as Black Enterprise, Ebony, and CFO Magazine.

He has participated on diversity issue panels for companies and conferences such as National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), the National Association of Black MBA (NBMBA), and National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR) National Society of Hispanic MBA (NSHMBA).

BA Degree from Dyke College, Attended the Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth and graduated from The Diversity Center of NEO in 2014.




Heather Connelly

Heather is one of North America’s most respected leadership search executives. Heather brings over 30 years of executive search and consulting experience throughout the broader public and non-profit sectors.

She is the co-founder of the 30% Club in Canada to advance more women in publicly listed corporations, crown corporations, large charities, and private sector corporations.
